Yes. It's my 18th Birthday. So Happy Birthday. I sound so pathetic. Getting older by one age, it is rife for me. I have actually been 18 before today and thereafter. I haven't got chance to express my gratitude and appreciation in this blog to those who came for my early 18th birthday surprise in perth. Thanks so much! It is still so vivid in my mind now. (: It was an ice-cream cake with bright and colourful candles on top. I was in my room. There they came, shouting and singing along the birthday song. Thereafter was extinguishing the burning candles, making wishes, photographing, slicing the melting cake, giving out the cake slices, and cake-face painting. The last one was incredibly dreadful. I had that in my mind when I was slicing the cake. The problem was when to commence the game. Once started, it was hard to retain back. So it was started and what else? I was into it. Four victims including me who was the worst of that night needed a quite thorough wash. Luckily, the cake took no grease as it was fully an ice-cream cake. So we played until two of us were scolded by a male neighbour who was on his way back to home just beside the house opposite mine. That was awful, but it was worthwhile. Once in a blue moon, according to old sayings. The big bowl of melted ice-cream which I sliced for my enjoyment later was shockingly on top of my head, wetting most of my hair. That was cold. Another scene of dripping ice-cream on my hair was coincidentally captured by the camera. I thought it was some grasshopper's liquid. Eww.. But that was the best birthday I've ever had. Thanks. (: Some people take things for granted. They never change. And those who are parasites as in sucking people's money, I hope they will change to. This time it is different. I need to think sophisticatedly. I'm a grown-up now. I will never change the way I am, but I will think further and logically with sympathy before I take any actions. I hope I can do so. I could never dispose my stubborn streak. I'm sorry for all the wrongs I have done before. It is another new starting point for me. 4 years awaits me to graduate from university. Then commencing job and earning money. All these will release the burden and everything else if I am successful in a few years time. But I'm still the happy-go-lucky one. Those who are lucky will be able to see my double personality. The quiet and moody side. The childish and laughing side. |

sweeping off some dirt and dust in here. Needless to say, I have nothing very extraordinary to do recently. It sounded as if I was a warrior or kungfu fighter who had been saving people and world. Ahh. Craps! In other words, I have been rotting and grown mushrooms on me. hahas. Besides, I felt energyless for the last few days. I'm not sure why. Life is so varied. Just like the sky. It was gloomy just now, with all the black clouds dominating the sky as if there would be a immense cascade of rain sweeping the city. But then, a moment later, the gloomy clouds vanished as if the jigsaw puzzles were being randomised. The sunshine arose, and here came the heat of the day, reflecting onto the earth's surface. That's life. I saw my waufp results this morning. Satisfactory as in I got what I have hoped. Just on the brink of what I wished to get. (: I'm blessed. Thank god. But the next thing is to come. My uni offers. There is a feeling of dread in me. I think I know why. I need a haircut soon!! The sooner the better. It enrages me. |
